• I don't even know where to begin. From the minute we booked our wedding with Shannen until the very end of the weekend nothing was a bother to the whole team. The attention to detail on the day was outstanding. From the drink's reception to the food our guests are still talking about how good it all was. Ross and Carina looked after us over our weekend and we can't begin to thank them enough, their attentiveness was immaculate. The whole team on the day couldn't have done enough for us. The hotel should be blessed to have such an amazing team of workers. Massive thanks to Siofra who went above and beyond for ourselves and our guests. We've had multiple people compliment her for her outstanding work. Shannen, we can't write this without thanking her for absolutely everything. From day one Shannen has been on hand sorting out every last detail for us and making sure everything was perfect. She is amazing at her job and we honestly can't give her enough credit for what she does. I'll absolutely be singing The Villa Roses praises and recommending them to every future bride I meet. 10/10 service the whole weekend. Thank you all.

• On the 21st of September my wife Lisa and I had our wedding reception at The Villa Rose Hotel and we couldn't have chosen a better venue for our celebrations. We were impressed with the hotel from the outset, largely due to the wedding coordinators Rhonda and Shannen. They answered any questions we had with ease and were able to accommodate any ideas we had also. Both Shannen and Rhonda are very approachable and we felt totally comfortable with them, so much so that we booked the hotel there and then and didn't look at any other venues like we originally planned. We left that day knowing our wedding was in good hands. The wedding day ran so smoothly, all the staff were extremely professional whilst still being friendly. Our reception had 133 guests and every single one of them took the time to mention how much they loved the hotel, particularly in terms of the friendly staff and the quality of the food. Even our vendors (videographer/photographers/musicians etc) felt very welcome at the hotel and were also catered for. To say Lisa and I would recommend this hotel for any reason would be an understatement. We had the best day ever and nothing was too much trouble for this stunning hotel and its exemplary staff.

• From the first day we entered the premises simply enquiring about holding our wedding there, til the day our dream was realised, we were treated with magnificent proficiency & appropriateness. The wedding coordination that the Villa Rose provide makes for a completely stress free day. The coordinators there are Shannen & Rhonda. They are worth their weight in gold! The lady who took on our organising and all our wedding requests was Rhonda. She is the hardest working soundest human we've ever met! Nothing was a bother to her. We had heard horror stories about how stressful it is to organise a wedding.... this is not true! Well not if you let the Villa Rose take care of your big day. We had both our ceremony & reception at the hotel, the convenience of which delighted us & our guests. The cleanliness & elegance of the venue and the quality of the food really was superb. It just could not be faulted on any level. We stayed in the honeymoon suite for two nights & we were treated like royalty. Every member of staff was so pleasant. We were invited back to have a complimentary meal on our anniversary but we will be back on a regular basis before then. The bar in the Villa rose has live music as does the sister hotel at Jackson's, next door. So you really don't need to venture too far and if you?re just looking to chill they have a wonderful spa! The Villa rose is a One stop shop really...entertainment pampering quality of service excellent food wonderful staff luxury accommodation & value for money
